3 Finsbury Square, London

Project type: Commercial office Services: Architectural visualization, still renders

Three renders. Three moments in the life of a building. Together, they tell everything a prospective tenant needs to know before they ever set foot inside.

The challenge

3 Finsbury Square sits in Moorgate, one of London's most competitive commercial corridors. The brief was precise: a small, high-impact visual package that could communicate the building's quality and character across multiple contexts, day, dusk, and interior, without overcomplicating the story.

Three renders to do the work of a full campaign. Every shot had to earn its place.

What we delivered

The dusk exterior was the anchor. Moorgate at the end of the working day, the building lit from within, the city still moving around it. It's the image that establishes presence and atmosphere in a single frame, the kind of render that leads a pitch deck or a leasing brochure.

The daytime entrance shifted the focus to arrival, close, human-scaled, and welcoming. Where the dusk shot sells the building's identity from a distance, this one answers the question every prospective tenant eventually asks: what is it actually like to walk in?

The interior office render closed the sequence by translating the architecture into a working environment. Not just a room, but a space where a company could picture itself. Light quality, materiality, and spatial generosity, all calibrated to communicate that this is a building that has thought carefully about the people inside it.

The result

The three renders were delivered ahead of schedule and became the core visual assets for the project's presentation and leasing materials. A lean package, precisely executed, designed to move fast without cutting corners.

In a market where every building on that street can claim a strong address, the visuals gave 3 Finsbury Square something sharper: a clear, consistent visual identity that made the quality of the space undeniable.
