Novelle Residential

Project type: Self-initiated, residential Services: Architectural visualization, still renders, AI compositing

Same building. Same facade. Four completely different worlds.

Novelle Residential started with a minimal base model downloaded from a 3D library and a single question: how many stories can you tell from one set of geometry?

The answer is here.

The concept

Most residential projects get one hero shot. One carefully chosen moment, one lighting condition, one version of the story. That's often enough to sell a unit, but it rarely captures the full emotional range of what it means to live somewhere.

Novelle was built to prove a different approach. Four renders, all exterior, all from the same building, each one a distinct atmosphere, a distinct feeling, a distinct reason to want to be there.

What we delivered

Morning. The building at the start of the day, clean light, quiet energy, the kind of scene that makes someone picture their morning coffee and the commute they don't dread.

Rain. Wet streets, reflected light, the building holding its own against a moody sky. This is the render that separates architecture that looks good in perfect conditions from architecture that has genuine character.

Night rain. The most cinematic of the four. Dark, atmospheric, light spilling from windows onto wet ground. This is desire, the feeling of being inside while the city hums outside.

Entrance. Close, human-scaled, grounded. After three atmospheric wide shots, this one answers the practical question: what is it actually like to arrive here?

AI compositing was used across the series to push the atmospheric detail further, weather, reflections, and ambient light, all built around the core renders to create depth that pure 3D alone wouldn't achieve.

Why it matters

A developer marketing a residential building has multiple audiences to reach: the buyer who decides on feeling, the investor who decides on quality, the tenant who decides on lifestyle. One hero shot rarely serves all three.

Novelle shows what a visual suite designed around emotional range can do. Not just one story. The full story.

Modern multi-story building with rounded edges, glass windows, and metal panels, set against a cloudy sky at sunset, with cars driving on the street in front.
