Set in the vibrant business district of London, this project revolved around the transformation of a landmark office building undergoing extensive renovation. With new amenities including a restaurant and fitness space, the client’s goal was to present a cohesive visual story that captured both the building’s architectural renewal and its lifestyle-driven approach to work.

What We Delivered
A collection of five detailed renders: three exteriors: including a striking night view, a full-building overview, and a refined entrance composition and two interiors depicting The Grain restaurant and the gym area. Each image served a distinct purpose, helping the client communicate the project’s mix of sophistication and comfort to investors and potential tenants.

The Process
The project required extensive 3D modeling to bring the renovated structure to life. Working with partial documentation and visual references, every architectural and material detail was reconstructed to ensure precision and realism. The process also involved coordination with other visualization teams responsible for office interiors, maintaining consistency across the overall visual identity.
