This project focused on capturing the life and energy within a newly renovated office building that blends work, leisure, and community. The client’s objective was to present not only the architectural quality of the building but also its potential as a vibrant, mixed-use environment.

What We Delivered
A set of five renders showcasing both the architectural essence and the human experience within the space. The series included a bright exterior entrance render highlighting the building’s identity, a dramatic seven-story atrium filled with natural light, two lifestyle-driven renders of a bike café, and a detailed view of the in-building mackeria. Together, the visuals formed a narrative that connected architecture, design, and atmosphere.

The Process
The focus was on expressing the contrast between scale and intimacy, from the openness of the atrium to the personal warmth of the café interiors. Each image was composed to enhance natural light, texture, and flow, helping the client visualize how commercial spaces integrate into the daily rhythm of the building. Extensive modeling and lighting work ensured realism and a cohesive tone across all spaces.

The Results
The renders became a central element in the building’s marketing and leasing materials, helping the client communicate a sense of community and quality. The imagery successfully highlighted how the building’s design encourages interaction and wellbeing, key values for attracting modern tenants and commercial partners.
